Strong, Secure & Ready

This group is for anyone—of all identities and genders—who is thinking about dating but wants to break old patterns, build confidence, and develop healthy relationship skills first. Before stepping into the dating world again, take time to invest in yourself, strengthen your self-esteem, and learn to recognize what you truly deserve. Through skill-building and community support, we’ll help you avoid red flags and create a foundation for fulfilling relationships. Weekly on Thursdays from 4-5:30 PM virtually beginning April 3rd. This group will remain open unless we fill all 15 spots available and then it will be closed and re-opened when spots are available. The cost is $10 per group. The Journey of Us Group

Your story together truly begins after the wedding. Join CCC in the Journey of Us, a 4-week group for pre-marital couples seeking to grow their communication skills together. This group will help you build effective strategies to navigate conflict, as well as build a solid foundation for the future and long-term commitment. We will also explore key issues such as finances, family roles and planning, navigating extended family, and intimacy. This group will include interactive exercises between partners, group discussions, and meaningful exercises between group meetings. This group is facilitated by Dionne Miller, LMFTA. Share Your Stuff Group

Inspired by the book Share Your Stuff. I’ll Go First by Laura Tremaine, this group will explore who we are and our lived experiences, then vulnerably share amongst group members. Group participants will then have space to respond to your story and share what impacted them. This is a process-oriented group with structure. The primary goal of the group is to create a space for personal growth by reflection and engaging with others to build communication, vulnerability, and self-awareness. Each group will meet on Wednesdays from 9-10:30 am and will cost $20 per group. This group will meet for 12 weeks beginning June 4th. The group will meet June 4th, June 11th, June 18th, July 9th, July 16th, July 23rd, July 30th, August 6th, August 20th, August 27th, September 17th, September 24th.
