Often both partners may not feel ready for couples counseling, yet they find therapy can help their dynamics. 

We work with individuals who desire to understand their own self and story and how it impacts their intimate relationship. We also work with individuals who already find themselves in couples counseling outside of our practice and are needing individual support for themselves.

Group Therapy
