Therapist providing therapy to a couple

Connected Couples Counseling, PLLC is a group practice providing individual and couples counseling in Washington and Florida State. We are virtual practice with the hopes to expand to a hybrid model by 2024. Our ideal clients are couples and individuals desiring to have healthy and secure relationships and that are committed to improving their relationships with a creative and sustainable focus. We value creating a therapeutic relationship with our clients and ensuring it is a good fit for both the client and the clinician.

We are looking for a
Mental Health Therapist passionate about working with couples. The therapist will maintain a caseload of at least 20 clinical hours a week. This position is completely remote at this time, with the potential for a hybrid model of work come 2024. The ideal candidate is a therapist who loves providing couples therapy with a focus on sustainability and creativity in their work, is trained in the Gottman Method, or is willing to be trained in this modality, and desires to be a part of a growing team and organization. The leadership and admin team will take care of the business-related tasks while the therapist focuses on providing quality clinical care to their clients.

Therapists pursuing their own private practice alongside group practice will not be a good fit for this position.

Compensation
$81,600 to $92,400 annually depending on the caseload
$65 per clinical hour and $20 per administrative hour
$65 x 20 clinical hours a week + $20 x 20 admins hours a week x 48 weeks a year= $81,600
$65 x 25 clinical hours a week + $20 x 15 admins hours a week x 48 weeks a year= $92,400


Duties and Responsibilities

  • See a minimum of 20 client hours a week

  • Respond to messages within 24 hours during business hours rate ​for clients

  • Timely documentation within 48 hours as well as maintaining client files that are accurate and up to date

  • Attend weekly individual supervision and every other week team meeting and case consultation

  • Participate in marketing and networking opportunities

  • Maintain licensure and abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and code of ethics

  • Coordinate care with other providers as necessary

  • Maintain a high retention rate with clients

  • Maintaining scheduling for caseload

Preferred Qualifications

  • Training in the Gottman Method

  • Independent worker with a desire to grow into leadership roles

  • Theoretical orientation includes psychodynamic and narrative.
